Food and Beverage


1. Responsible for the administration and operations of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability. 2. Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic lace wedding dresses goals of the establishment. 3. Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of all outlets by liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance. 4. Liaise with Executive Chef on menu engineering and cheap wedding gown dresses portion control, ensuring the highest food standard is achieved whilst custom made prom dresses selling at the corrent price. 5. Drive corporate of Hotel specific cheap evening dresses programs that affect guest satisfaction and profitability in the outlets.6. Implement control procedures to minimize errors, fraud and waste. 7. Handle Food and Beverage complaints in a timely and 12hot cheap prom dresses effective manner. 8. Prepare monthly outlook/forecast reports9. 10. Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively. 11. Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards. 12. Oversee the selection and appointment of new associates within the department. 13. Combine with all marriott Standards and Procedures.
